The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus Christ paid for your sin on the cross.
Follow these steps.
1.
You need to understand God loves you and sent His Son to pay for your sin.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only
Son,[ 3:16 Or his only begotten Son] that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.
2.
You need to understand your sin keeps you from having a personal relationship
with God.
Romans 3:23
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, "
3.
You need to know Jesus Christ died and rose again so that your sins could be
forgiven.
For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to
bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit,
4.
You need to understand you must personally trust Jesus Christ to be your Savior
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed
in his name, he gave the right to become children of God
5. Are you ready for a personal relationship with God? You can begin your personal relationship with God by simply expressing yourself to God through prayer: "Dear God, I know that my sin has separated me from You. Thank you that Jesus Christ died in my place and rose again to be my Savior. I turn from my sin and trust Jesus to forgive me. Come into my life and lead me. Thank you for giving me a relationship with You forever. In Jesus' name, Amen."
6.
You should know your trust in Jesus Christ begins a lifelong relationship!
God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will
I forsake you."
"For He forgave all your sins, and blotted out the charges proved against you." (Colossians 2:13-14)
"I have written this to
you who believe in the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal
life." (1 John 5:13)
"Let us follow the Holy Spirit's leading in every part of our lives."
(Galatians 5:25)
